When you use TestCircle, we may process information you provide such as your account details, profile information, app submissions, testing participation, feedback, circle activity, and other content you choose to provide through the App.
Account and Authentication
TestCircle uses authentication services to identify users and protect account-based features. Authentication information may include identifiers such as your user ID, email address, sign-in provider information, and authentication tokens required to maintain a secure session.
Apps, Tests, Circles, and Feedback
Information related to apps you submit, tests you join or create, testing progress, circle membership, feedback, and related participation may be stored so TestCircle can provide its community and testing features.
Content that is intended to be shared with other TestCircle users may be visible to those users as part of the relevant app, test, profile, or circle experience.
Firebase and Firestore
TestCircle uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, to support sign-in, user accounts, application data, testing data, community features, and other service functionality. Information processed by Firebase is also subject to Google's applicable privacy and security practices.
Cloudflare Worker Services
TestCircle uses Cloudflare Worker services for selected backend operations. Requests to these services may include authentication information and the data required to complete the requested operation. Cloudflare may process limited technical request information as part of providing its infrastructure services.
Images and Media
Where TestCircle allows images or other media to be associated with app or profile content, those files may be processed or delivered through third-party media infrastructure such as ImageKit. Media that you choose to publish as part of TestCircle may be visible to other users where the feature is designed for sharing.
Device and Technical Information
TestCircle and its service providers may process limited technical information needed for service operation, security, diagnostics, and reliability. This may include device or platform information, app version, network request information, timestamps, and technical error details.
How We Use Information
Information is used to provide TestCircle features, authenticate users, maintain profiles and app listings, manage tests and circles, record testing participation, deliver feedback, protect the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
Data Sharing
JRP Apps does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate TestCircle, or when required for security, legal compliance, or protection of users and the service.
Information you intentionally publish or submit to shared TestCircle features may be visible to other users according to the purpose of that feature.
Advertising
If advertising is introduced or used in TestCircle, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the relevant advertising services and data practices. JRP Apps does not sell personal information for advertising purposes.
Children's Privacy
TestCircle is intended for users who are permitted to use developer and app-testing services under applicable law. JRP Apps does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy requirements. Parents or guardians may contact JRP Apps with any privacy concern.
Data Retention and Deletion
Information may be retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide TestCircle, maintain service integrity, resolve disputes, enforce applicable terms, or satisfy legal obligations.
You may contact JRP Apps to request deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, legal, or operational purposes.
Security
TestCircle uses authentication, access controls, and service-provider security features intended to protect account and application data. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when TestCircle's features, service providers, permissions, or data practices change. The latest version will remain available on this page.
