PMS (Powerloom Management System) provides specialized manufacturing workflow management, loom operation tracking, shift production records, beam inventory, and textile organization administration.

Textile organization privacy and operational data security. PMS (Powerloom Management System) is built to maintain strict confidentiality and operational data boundaries. Your organization's loom metrics, shift production logs, inventory records, and employee rosters remain strictly protected under your organization's control without unauthorized access or data sales.

Information Collection & Usage

PMS (Powerloom Management System) is designed for textile enterprises and powerloom manufacturing units. The application processes operational and production metrics entered by authorized personnel, including:

  • Loom operational status, rpm, and production efficiency counters.
  • Shift-wise fabric production logs (meters/picks produced).
  • Beam inventory, warp/weft specifications, and yarn stock tracking.
  • Weaver/worker attendance, shift allocations, and operational notes.
  • Organizational business reports and production summaries.

The app does not collect, transmit, or sell your organization's proprietary manufacturing, employee, or financial data.

Data Storage and Organization Control

All manufacturing records, shift logs, beam trackers, and organizational configurations are stored locally on your device or within your organization's authorized backup/database instance. JRP Apps does not maintain remote backdoors or unauthorized cloud mirrors of your industrial records.

Device Permissions

PMS only requests permissions strictly necessary for its enterprise features:

  • Storage / SAF (Storage Access Framework): To export shift logs, monthly production audits, and CSV/PDF summaries upon your explicit request.
  • Network (Optional): Used only when your organization configures centralized synchronization or checks for software updates.

Third-Party Services

If your organization enables optional enterprise backup features (such as secure Google Drive sync, local enterprise servers, or Firebase diagnostics), those services process data strictly under your account credentials and their respective enterprise privacy policies.

Data Security

We do not access or commercialize your industrial production metrics. Your manufacturing and organizational data remains under your organization's complete control.

Closed Beta Testing

PMS is currently participating in closed beta testing. Testers can join the universal JRP testing community by subscribing to jrpapps-testers@googlegroups.com.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as new industrial management features, reporting modules, or compatibility updates are released.
